About This Activity
Our Gators Experience High School Camp will consist of position specific instruction from Florida Baseball staff/ players, as well as other college and high school coaches. Baseball Instruction, strength training, nutritional information sessions, arm care, athletic facility tours, along with live games with pitchers throwing on a pitch count, will all be part of camp. This camp will be limited to (56) campers. Each camp participants will have access to the same facilities that Florida Baseball players have. Campers will be able to utilize stadium tech, as well as receive some of the same apparel that the Florida Baseball team wears. Each Camper will receive (2) Gators Jersey with number of choice, (2) pairs of Gators shorts, (2) camp shirts, and Gators drawstring bag. Each camper will also receive a post camp data package. All data will be collected throughout the camp via Trackman, YakkerTech and/ or Rapsodo. Data capture will take place during a Batting Practice, game at bats and pitching during the games. No data will be captured during drills. Post camp evaluation will include a comparison of specific metrics relative to a Division I player, as well as comparatives to others campers attending that session. All evaluations will be emailed to campers within 2 weeks after camp has concluded. All activities and schedules are weather permitting and may have to be rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather. AGES: This camp is for players going into the 9th to 12th grades in the Fall of 2025 (2026-2029 High School Graduates, approximately 14-17 years old at the start of camp). No one who has graduated high school is eligible to participate in this camp. REGISTRATION: PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE POSITION(S) THAT YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR. PLEASE REGISTER THE CAMPER FOR THE POSITION(S) THAT HE WANTS TO PLAY AT. THE POSITION YOU REGISTER FOR IS THE POSITION YOU WILL PLAY DURING THE GAMES. POSITIONS ARE FILLED UP ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS.
