About This Activity
Description
A gentle movement class for neurodivergent adults combining music, rhythm, and social connection. Activities can be done seated or standing, with support options available. No dance experience needed - all forms of movement and expression are welcomed in this supportive environment.
Class will not be held on October 16, October 30 or November 27
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
Withdrawal requests need to be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the class start date and are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds within 7 days of the start of the class.
