Get pumped to run, throw, catch, and dominate the field - this is flag football built for middle school girls who want to learn, play, and have a blast! Whether you're totally new to the sport or already love the game, this instructional clinic brings the energy, the action, and fun every single week. Each session packs in 90 minutes of excitement split into: 45 minutes of high-energy skills and drills and 45 minutes of fast-paced scrimmages. New teams form every week - so you'll meet new teammates, make new friends, and gain tons of game experience without any pressure. Just play, learn, and have fun!You will learn skills like throwing, catching, running, kicking, and flag pulling, all in a supportive non-contact girls-only environment focused on teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment.
The season kicks off for five sessions on Saturday, September 12th and runs through Saturday, October 10th meeting at the Bohrer Park grounds with all equipment provided.

Additional Information for Families(1) What to bring - Athletic clothing, sneakers or cleats, a water bottle, and sunscreen (2) Safety First: This is a fully non-contact program.(3) Weather Updates: Families will be notified if weather affects scheduling.(4) Flexible Attendance: Can’t make every week? No problem—teams rotate and each session stands on its own.
