Bounce into fitness when you use a large stability ball to help challenge your balance, build core stability and align the spine. This class also incorporates Pilates mat work to help build core strength. Participants will need their own exercise ball. One should be able to sit the ball and have the knees bent at approximately 90 degrees.
Please bring a stability ball.
