About This Activity
Description
This training is for youth wanting to improve athletically and have fun doing so. The key to almost all sports is the athlete's ability to functionally move and change direction. With the Speed & Agility clinic, you will be on the right path to challenging opponents while pushing your own limits. No sports experience is need. The willingness to work hard and have fun is a plus. Participants will be put through various drills using cones, hurdles, and resistance training to help increase their movement skills.
This clinic is held on Mondays from 5:00pm - 6:00pm or 6:15pm - 7:15pm in Gym #2 at the Activity Center at Bohrer Park. The clinic runs from March 16th through May 4th with a Skip date of March 30th.
Participants should come dressed in athletic clothing, athletic shoes, and water bottle. Be prepared to sweat!
