Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise form practiced by millions for both physical and spiritual development. It exercises the body, calms the mind and lifts the spirit. Benefits the average person, athletes, or those recovering from injuries or back problems. Wear loose clothing. Note: Students signing up for the Tai Chi Continuing class should have already taken the Tai Chi Beginning class.
Skip dates for class April 27th and May 18th
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
