Step into the world of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in this hands-on camp! Students will explore how climate control systems work while using real tools and learning the basics of electricity, airflow, and temperature control. Led by an experienced instructor, campers will build a small project to take home and gain insight into careers in the HVAC industry. Camp Highlights: Explore basic electricity used in HVAC systems Learn how temperature and pressure affect airflow See a refrigeration trainer in action Build a sheet metal project to take home Discover tools, trades, and HVAC career pathways Safety Clothing Requirements: students need to wear long pants, closed-toed shoes (boots preferred) Students must bring a sack lunch and water bottle.
