Participants will learn all 10 movements of Tai Chi / Vovinam Chikung form. The course begins with learning the basic concepts of Yin and Yang for meditation and moves on to the basic movements. Participants will also learn moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. No experience required.
