FITNESS Thursday: 3:15 - 4:15 Dates: 01/22/26 – 04/30/26 (No sessions on Spring Break/Holy Thursday, Good Friday) Jr. High, High School 1 & 2, LCE, WBL, MVP Instructor: Coach JD McMillian My name is Coach JD and I am offering small group fitness training for 5-7 students per class. Students will use strength equipment as well as have an endurance workout program. Class pricing is based on class size and the number of classes offered this spring semester.
