Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 3:15 - 4:15 Dates: 08/25/26 – 11/10/26 (No sessions during Fall Break) Jr. High, High School 1 & 2, LCE, WBL, MVP Instructor: Coach JD McMillian My name is Coach JD and I am offering small group fitness training for 3-8 students per class. Students will use strength equipment as well as have an endurance workout program. Each class is priced at $25 per session.
