YOGA Tuesday 3:15 – 4:15 Dates: 09/02/2025 – 11/4/25 (No sessions over Fall Break) Group 3, Jr High, High School 1 & 2, LCE, WBL, MVP Instructor: Hayley Hearn Yoga will continue to be offered after school this year taught by Ms. Hearn! Yoga is an exercise practice that helps students to develop better body awareness, improve posture & body alignment, and increase focus & attention. Through a mixture of held poses, movement sequences, and breathing activities students will build flexibility, physical strength, better coordination, and achieve a calmer state of being. The experience is fun and accessible for all levels! Students need to wear appropriate clothing for stretching and exercise. Shorts, leggings, and sweatpants are acceptable. 15 Sessions $245 5 students min.
