YOGA Tuesday 3:15 – 4:15 Dates: 01/14/25 – 04/29/25 (No sessions over Spring Break) Group 3, Jr High, High School 1 & 2, LCE, WBL, MVP Instructor: Erin D. H. Williams, MOT, OTR/L, C-IAYT Yoga helps students to develop better body awareness, improved posture & body alignment, and focus & attention. Through a mixture of held poses, movement sequences, and breathing activities students will build physical strength, flexibility, coordination (gross & fine), and a calmer state of being. The experience is fun and for all levels. Students need to wear appropriate clothing to stretch. Shorts or leggings that are fitted at the ankle are preferred. 15 Sessions $245 5 students min.
