About This Activity
Description
Tumbling incorporates strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, and discipline. Tumblers participate will participate on beam and floor. This program is a beginner level course that includes rolls, cartwheels, handstand, pullover, jumps, turns, and leaps.
