Description
This activity has been cancelled.
This 40-minute class engages our youngest students by using a variety of learning modalities and creative play. The foundations of ballet are introduced in a way that respects age-appropriate motor learning and development.
The class is designed to build a strong dance foundation and inspire a love for the art and a love for story. Costumes and props are used to encourage creativity and develop pantomime skills as we discover some of the world’s greatest fairytales and fables.
Dancers should wear form-fitting attire that allows them to move freely. Leggings and a tank top work well if you are not ready to purchase dance attire. Ballet shoes are preferred. Don't forget to bring a water bottle!
