This high energy kickboxing cardio class will get your heart rate up. Class begins with an overview, then we build into combinations then put it together into choreographed routines. 45 minutes of kickboxing followed by a core finisher. Improve your endurance, balance, and coordination while burning calories and having fun. No experience needed, all fitness levels welcome.
