About This Activity
ACTORCRAFT P2S seeks 36 young creatives (2 sessions offered this year!), ages 8 to 18, to adapt and shoot an original short film based on an award-winning novel. Over the course of this one-week camp experience, participants will engage in a series of workshops where they will hone skills associated with screenwriting, film production, and on-camera acting; form production teams; and bring scripts to life through performance on a real movie set. Upon completion, teams will compete for the chance to be screened at the world-famous Newbery Film Festival, held right here in Gig Harbor. Sign up for one session or both!
