About This Activity
Description
Alaska Botanical Gardens staff returns! Investigate seeds and soil with us. Get dirty making your own potting soil, dissect a seed to see what's really going on as a seed germinates, and plant your own seeds to take home and grow your very own garden this summer!
This class is open to students in grades K - 5th. Students should wear clothes that are okay to get dirty. Bring a snack to eat before class if needed.
Financial Aid/ Payment Plans: Financial aid is available if needed as well as payment plans to spread the cost of classes over time. Please email Julie at jjohnson@fourvalleys.org to take advantage of either option.
Refund Policy: If FVCS cancels a class you will receive a refund (except transaction fees which are charged by our service provider). If you withdraw more than 3 days prior to class, FVCS will charge a 25% fee to a maximum of $20 for admin costs and provide an account credit for the remaining tuition. If you withdraw less than 3 days before class starts, no refund or credit will be given.
