About This Activity
Description
Does your kindergarten through third grader need something healthy and fun to do after school? Kids Yoga with Briana is back for an spring session! Kids will learn basic yoga poses and improve coordination, motor skills, and confidence in a safe and comfortable environment during this 5-week session. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for class and a small snack to eat after school if needed. FVCS has loaner mats if you need one.
