Our Advanced Sports Performance Camps are for serious athletes who are wanting to take their off season training to a new level! We focus on high-level speed, agility, power, and strength for athletes of any sport who intend to continue sports throughout high school and into college. This class is also a great class for teens who are serious about making fitness their life and wanting to be a better athlete in fitness. NOTE: This camp has a prerequisite of having done a previous Sports Performance camp with The Annex or Youth Fitness OR having had previous experience in a gym setting. If your athlete has not been a part of previous camps, but has experience, you will need to contact Courtney Kendrick at email@example.com to arrange an evaluation before your athlete can join this camp.
