Kids learn the importance of proper throwing mechanics, rotational hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching, and catching. Speed and agility techniques are added to increase core strength and mobility for added bat speed, range in the field and linear speed for base running. In-game strategies are included to increase each player’s overall knowledge.
