The Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) training course is designed to teach youth coaches how to work with athletes to provide them with a positive athletic experience. The program has been developed by some of the best coaches at all levels and is supported by many college and professional coaches.
The Glen Ellyn Park District highly encourages anyone wanting to be a volunteer coach in one of the youth sports programs to attend a PCA course at least every two years.
