Description
Help your young athlete take their sports performance to the next level during the off-season in this week-long camp. Speed, agility, and quickness (also known as SAQ), are three of the top athletic qualities required to excel in many sports. Ackerman SFC staff will lead a small group of athletes through various exercises.
