Speed, agility, and quickness (also known as SAQ), are three of the top athletic qualities required to excel in many sports. Ackerman SFC staff will lead a small group of athletes each week through exercises to increase the time it takes to cover a distance between two points (speed), the ability to change directions as fast as possible (agility), and the ability to react efficiently (quickness). This special training helps improve spatial awareness and motor skills for all sport types.
