Unleash your creativity with Nature Maker Art sessions led by Liita Forsyth—an artist, naturalist, and teacher from The Little Bits Workshop. Experience the wonders of nature firsthand at Lake Ellyn, and then delve into art classes inside the Boathouse. During the winter session, we will be exploring natural ink, dyes, and the plants they are made from, including black walnut, elderberry, and goldenrod. We will hand sew, tie dye, and learn Furoshiki: the Japanese art of fabric wrapping. (No class on 2/16.)
