Introduce yoga and breath to your littlest ones in this new class. Participants will dance their way into animal poses while playfully discovering nature with rhythm and song. Ms. Rachael will feature her favorite storybooks that journey beyond distant lands of imagination with animal and nature stories. The class ends with a sweet moment of connection and meditation with the singing bowl. Taught by Starlight Studio
