This program will focus on the shapes and skills you need for all events. We will focus on all events (bar, beam, vault, and floor). In this class, participants will learn proper shaping and the different skills they will need to compete in the future.This class is by invite only and is not open for online registration. No class on 6/29 and 7/2.
