No prior experience necessary. Start out learning the proper way to perform handstands, cartwheels, and more. Participants will build on their skills each session.Proper attire is mandatory for all gymnastics participants. Please avoid hood shirts or sweatshirts. Options for girls include gymnastics leotards, shorts, and t-shirts. Boys are welcome to wear shorts or sweatpants with a t-shirt. All participants should perform activities with bare feet. Hair must be pulled back and away from face prior to the start of class.
Our instructors have the discretion to transfer participants to a different class if they determine that they are not yet developmentally ready for their current class.
