Who's ready to jump, swing and have some fun?! The focus will be on basic skills and shaping needed on each event (bars, beam, floor, and vault). Please send your child to camp with a nut-free snack. Stretching and conditioning for muscle tone will be included along with a fun craft to bring home!Proper attire is mandatory for all gymnastics participants. Please avoid hood shirts or sweatshirts. Options for girls include gymnastics leotards, shorts, and t-shirts. Boys are welcome to wear shorts or sweatpants with a t-shirt. All participants should perform activities with bare feet. Hair must be pulled back and away from face prior to the start of class.
