About This Activity
Description
We are aiming high on the range and in life. Led by a NASP-certified coach, students will master the eleven essential steps of successful archery while prioritizing range safety. Throughout the program, we integrate mindfulness, breath, and playful movement to foster calm and introduce students to useful tools for managing nerves, fears, and anxiety. Students explore growth-mindset and goal-setting strategies that can be applied to their archery practices and their daily lives. Our mission is to help each student tap into their inner strength, leaving them with a renewed sense of self and the confidence to shine brightly in the world.
