Description
Speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) are three of the most important athletic qualities for success in any sport. Speed Academy is a beginner level program designed to help young athletes improve their ability to sprint, change direction quickly, and react efficiently. Led by experienced Ackerman SFC staff, each session focuses on fun, age-appropriate drills that enhance coordination, spatial awareness, and overall athletic movement. With an emphasis on foundational skills in a supportive small group setting, this program helps young athletes build the confidence and physical tools needed to excel across all sports.
