About This Activity
Description
Students will learn high levels of body control and balance by moving up, down, and over objects as smoothly, efficiently, and quickly as possible in a structured and safe environment. Students will use agility, balance, coordination, flipping, tumbling, and so much more. Great for Ninja and Parkour athletes!
