About This Activity
Description
In this WOMEN ONLY CLASS you will be taken by the hand and helped in re-gaining your confidence in the practice of sports. This class is a mix of Jiu Jitsu - kickboxing - and Krav Maga. You will experience and increase your endurance, strength, focus and mental health and a drastic decrease in body fat. This class is geared towards beginners!
*Classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Students can choose which two days they would like to attend classes.
