About This Activity
Summer 2026 only! Perform with the directors and members of the Foothill Christian Legacy Youth Orchestra and the Pomona Concert Band! The Advanced Orchestra Performance Intensive is open to intermediate and advanced violin, viola, cello, and string bass players. This one-time special event in 2026 will focus on the project of mastering string parts for band flex arrangements of Back to the Future and Peter Gunn to perform at a collaborative summer concert in the park on Thursday, July 30. Dates: July 27th - 30th Times: Mon - Wed | 4-6PM Rehearsals/Sectionals at FCS Tuesday | 7:30 - 8:30 PM Dress Rehearsal in Pomona Thursday | 6:30 PM Call Time Concert in Pomona Cost: $175 Ages: Entering 5th - 12th grade (audition or director approval required).
