Description
Can you turn heavy cream into butter in just 10 minutes? Put your science skills to the test! In this hands-on STEM activity, we will explore the science of dairy by turning liquid cream into delicious butter using nothing but a jar and energy. Participants will observe the phase changes from liquid to whipped cream, and finally to butter and buttermilk.
