About This Activity
Description
Athletes will be introduced to a variety of gymnastics and tumbling moves. The session program will include use of the balance beam, mini trampoline, bars and vault. At this level, handstands, bridges and cartwheels will be taught along with improving the strength, coordination and flexibility of the athlete.
