About This Activity
Description
Strengthen your muscles with a variety of fun, low impact combo exercises to achieve overall strength, toning, balance and improved posture. Yoga stretches are incorporated to improve flexibility. Yoga mat required. Light weights, mini band, yoga strap and blocks, optional.
