About This Activity
These two day clinics will focus on understanding currents, eddy lines and how to navigate them. Improve your balance, and learn all the basic paddle strokes so you can move your kayak through easy whitewater. Eddy out, ferry across, peel out. This clinic is designed as a follow up to those who have already participated in our pool clinics, to build on the skills you learned and apply them on moving water. For those who have not participated in our pool clinics, you must be comfortable with a wet exit in moving water, and have been in a kayak more than 2 times. All participants must be able to swim.
