Introducing SOGA! A Restorative Fusion of Somatic Movement and Yoga SOGA is a unique blend of somatic and yoga movements grounded in the science of how the body moves and heals. These mat-based classes take a gentle yet clinical approach to improving mobility and function. Ideal for: • Post-surgery recovery • Reducing arthritis or joint pain • Injury rehabilitation • Managing chronic stress or tension Please note - this is a 10 week program.
