About This Activity
In this in-depth workshop we will make a batch of strawberry rhubarb jam from start to finish. We'll walk you through the process of hot water bath canning, including materials and safety. You'll take home a jar of fresh jam and the confidence to create your own jams at home! Materials fee: $8 payable to instructor
