About This Activity
This course will include a two-hour morning session, a one-hour lunch break, and a two-hour afternoon session on three days across three weeks. In the morning sessions, students will develop a short creative writing project (short story, poem, etc.) and revise based on feedback. They will receive resources and support to pursue publication of their project or continue developing it for their personal use. In the afternoon sessions, students will support our junior creative writers in writing a story for our newest Kirtland coloring book! Please Note: To ensure equitable access, we kindly ask that each educator limits their initial registration to two externship opportunities. This will allow as many participants as possible to take advantage of these experiences. After the first two weeks of registration, we will open remaining spots to those interested in additional opportunities. Thank you for your understanding and support!
