Campers will discover the tools, precision, and technical knowledge needed to keep today’s vehicles running safely and efficiently. Educator Career Connection This externship provides educators with authentic exposure to automotive service careers, mechanical troubleshooting, technical certifications, and the evolving technology found in today’s transportation industry while offering practical examples of applied science, diagnostics, and problem solving. No prior automotive experience is required—only a willingness to participate, learn, and explore real-world applications. Educator Externship Registration Guidelines To ensure equitable access across the region, educators are asked to limit initial registration to two externship opportunities during the first two weeks of enrollment. Remaining openings will then be available for additional registrations.
