About This Activity
Friendship, bracelets, field frolics, forest hikes, bug bites, forts, and fun hangouts! This summer, your camper will experience some classic camp days. Meet new friends, make some bracelets, build some forts, and hang out in a hammock under the canopy of the forest for shade from the sun! We will hike when the weather is right and hopefully we’ll find all the places where the bugs don’t bite. Grace Kelly (she/her) is a Center School After School teacher. Growing up in Springfield, she later moved north along the Connecticut River and settled on its banks in Hadley. With several years of experience working with children in outdoor settings, Grace loves guiding them through hands-on nature-based projects, crafts, and imaginative play. She is passionate about creating a space where creativity can flourish, and is constantly inspired by children's endless capacity for curiosity and wonder. In her free time Grace enjoys photography, spending time with her cat Boots, and both directing and performing in Shakespeare plays.
