About This Activity
This camp is for the experienced players. It is expected that the campers are proficient with the basic rules and strategies (a Beginners Chess Camp is being held for campers with no or very little experience). In this camp, the campers will develop more advanced strategies and play with a timer clock. Tournament play will be introduced and this is to give the campers an opportunity to challenge other players of different skill levels. Individual attention will be provided by Mr Imbimbo and Upper School Volunteers. Plenty of time will be built into each day for outdoor recess and sports, other games, videos, and snacks.
