*Course registration will close September 15, 2025 Make a ring out of a thicker silver or copper sheet for the band and bezel set a stone for the decorative element. You will learn how to size ring bands for a comfortable fit. This workshop is a great opportunity to learn to make rings or fine-tune your metalsmith ring making skills. Students are invited to bring small cabochons or stones for design consideration. This workshop is for beginners to intermediate students. Some experience soldering is helpful but not required. If students want to create rings out of sterling silver, they are encouraged to purchase their own sheet metal. Recommend students purchase 22 and 18 ga. sterling silver sheet metal.
