About This Activity
Overview: Students will design a simple remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and test out their design. Trip Description: Students will work in pairs to design a SeaPerch ROV. They will build their ROV to meet a specific challenge, like removing garbage from the ocean. Students will test their design to see how successful their build was at meeting the challenge. Ocean Literacy Principle #7: The ocean is largely unexplored.
