About This Activity
Supervised gym session for juniors aged 12-15yrs. They will have access to the cardio, stretch area and resistance machines. Use of the free weights area and equipment is not permitted. An induction into the gym is included in the first session. Any misbehaviour or breaking of the gym standards and the junior will be asked to leave the gym.
