Make the most of summer by spending an hour saluting the Sun on a Monday morning. The 4-week course will not just take you through an active vinyasa flow, but also teach you more about the yogic principals that support our practice. The 7 chakras, pranayama (breathing practice), mudras (hand positions) and bandhas (body locks). We will also explore the idea of yin and yang which is poignant with summer solstice on 21st June. This course will enhance your practice by exploring deeper into the world of yoga. We will be outside with Marquis erected for damp weather or those that would prefer it. Handouts detailing what we have covered and what to expect in the following session can also be handed out/ emailed to you if you opt in for this.
