About This Activity
The Junior Mountaineers Challenge is part STEAM, part Survivor, and a whole lot of fun! Campers will be split into tribes to complete a series of STEAM challenges ranging from using a potato to create electricity to bubble ball competitions to brain teasers, and more! Field Trip: Gunnison Pioneer Museum & Jorgensen Playground Add-On Field Trip Option: Campers who would like an extra adventure for their field trip will have the opportunity to sign up for rock climbing at Hartman's with Western Wilderness Pursuits in lieu of the Gunnison Pioneer Museum Field Trip! JMC will provide transportation to and from the field trip in 15 passenger Western vans. All campers under the age of 9 must be seated in a booster seat / car seat (provided by parent / guardian).
