About This Activity
How does what you eat impact your body? How does your body move during sports? Campers will learn about healthy eating from a nutrition coach, use science songs to learn about the human body, and learn about human kinetics! Field Trip: Outdoor Education with the Curecanti Ranger District on the Beaver Creek Trail Add-On Field Trip Option: Campers who would like an extra adventure for their field trip will have the opportunity to sign up for a whitewater rafting trip on the Lower Taylor with Three Rivers Resort in lieu of the CB Bike Park Field Trip! JMC will provide transportation to and from the field trip. Campers MUST arrive to camp at 8:30am, departing at 8:45am, for the whitewater rafting trip. The fee is $60 per camper. To sign up, please call Three Rivers Resort at 970.641-1303 and let them know you are registering for the Junior Mountaineers rafting trip under Bree Hare's name.
