About This Activity
Campers will explore the basics of chemistry with fun, hands-on experiments and activities. We’ll be making mixtures, bubbling potions, explosions, elephant toothpaste, dancing oobleck, using a chemical reaction to float a balloon, and more! Is your child attending Gunnison Watershed School District Summer Experience? Or, do you only need afternoon half day care? During the weeks of GWSD Summer Experience, the JMC Experience Camp option is from 12-5:30pm Mondays-Thursday + a full day on Fridays. This option is only available for the weeks of June 8, 15, 22, July 6, 13, 20. GWSD will provide transportation from Summer Experience to JMC. Field Trip: TBD Add On Field Trip Option: Forgo the regularly scheduled field trip and join Three Rivers Resort for Whitewater Rafting the Lower Taylor River
